So, calories today are not optimal, but it was a hard day and I decided to go easy on myself. Hoping that tomorrow my quads are okay again. I did finances today and realized that I have no money at all for the next few months, so I might try the campus gym again and see if I can get over how pathetic and crowded it is. I really just want to run.
