I was full about halfway through that burger, but I ate it all. I did leave about half the fries on the plate. I just got it into my head today that I was going to treat myself, and I overdid it. I need to start ordering sandwiches without sides. I guess the only upside is that I am so full I feel like dying, so I’m not tempted to snack at all. I haven’t gained any weight, but I’m hanging out at 180 now and have been for about a week. Need to work out again. After April 8th, man, it’s gonna be so much better.
